Mission Statement

The Mitel User Group - Special Interest Group Program provides a member-facilitated product and services best practice forum which affords an opportunity for members to network and learn from their peers; User Group members helping each other.

Goal

To provide an opportunity for Mitel User Group members to share experiences, insights and feedback relating to specific Mitel products and services with other product users and the appropriate Mitel representatives.

Objectives

1. To provide an opportunity for Mitel User Group Members to network and learn from their peers and Mitel representatives about a specific Mitel product or service line.
2. To continue to improve on the value obtained from products and allow Mitel User Group members an opportunity to share best practices on the Mitel product line and services.
3. Monthly meetings via audio or web conference with members of the group to discuss product or service line issues and possible product enhancements with Mitel staff.
